護理師委派任務時需遵循五大原則：正確的任務、正確的情境、正確的對象、正確的溝通、正確的督導。護理師保有最終負責權，且需評估 UAP 能力與持續監督。但評估 (Assessment) 是護理師專業職責，不可委派。
Delegation follows the Five Rights: right task, right circumstance, right person, right communication, and right supervision. The nurse retains accountability and must verify the UAP's competence and supervise the task. However, assessment is a core nursing responsibility and cannot be delegated to unlicensed personnel.
