The RACE principle is the standard emergency response procedure for a fire: Rescue refers to first removing clients in immediate danger; Alarm refers to immediately reporting the fire and activating the alarm system; Contain refers to closing doors to confine the fire and smoke; and Extinguish refers to extinguishing small fires or carrying out evacuation. The core logic of this order is always to prioritize human life, with protection of property and environmental control coming afterward.
