委派原則依據護理實務範圍（Scope of Practice）。UAP 可執行常規的測量（I/O）、協助日常生活活動（口腔護理、下床）。評估皮膚完整性屬於護理師專業判斷範圍（Assessment），計算藥物劑量涉及臨床專業判斷，不可委派給 UAP。
Delegation principles are based on the scope of practice. UAP can perform routine measurements (I/O) and assist with activities of daily living (oral care, ambulation). Assessing skin integrity falls within the scope of professional nursing judgment (assessment), and calculating medication dosage involves clinical professional judgment; neither can be delegated to UAP.
