愛迪生氏危機（Addisonian crisis）是一種急性低血壓（90/50 mmHg）、低血鈉（<135 mEq/L）、高血鉀（>5.5 mEq/L）、低血糖（<70 mg/dL）狀態。這些都是危及生命的狀況，需要立即輸液、類固醇和葡萄糖。皮膚色素沉著是慢性症狀。
Addisonian crisis is an acute state of hypotension (90/50 mmHg), hyponatremia (<135 mEq/L), hyperkalemia (>5.5 mEq/L), and hypoglycemia (<70 mg/dL). All of these are life-threatening conditions that require immediate fluid resuscitation, corticosteroids, and glucose. Hyperpigmentation of the skin is a chronic finding.
