給藥十權（Rights of medication administration）是護理安全的基本準則，旨在減少給藥錯誤。包括正確的病人（A）、藥物（B）、劑量（C）、途徑（E）、時間、記錄等。核對病人身分必須使用至少兩種識別方式（如姓名、出生日期、MRN），而絕不可使用「病房號碼」（D），因為病人可能因為轉床或檢查而更動位置，使用房號會大幅增加錯誤風險。
Medication safety relies on verifying the right patient, medication, dose, and route, using at least two patient identifiers to ensure accuracy.
