心衰竭病人的護理首要目標為何？

心衰竭（Heart Failure）病人的心臟幫浦功能受損，導致心輸出量不足。護理治療的目標是「減輕心臟工作負荷（Reduce Cardiac Workload）」。降低心肌氧耗量（Myocardial oxygen demand）能減緩心肌損耗並改善心功能。透過限制體力活動、給予氧氣與藥物控制，可有效減輕心臟負荷，預防病情惡化。

The primary goal of nursing care for a client with heart failure is to decrease myocardial oxygen demand to prevent further cardiac injury. Since heart failure impairs the heart's pumping ability, reducing cardiac workload through rest, oxygen therapy, and medication helps improve cardiac function and prevents disease progression.
