肺結核（TB）屬於空氣傳播疾病，微小顆粒可在空氣中懸浮。防護重點為 N95 口罩（過濾 0.3 微米以上顆粒），並需採空氣隔離室（負壓病房）。接觸病菌時，考量環境污染與身體接觸可能性，亦需穿戴隔離衣與手套以防止皮膚污染。
Tuberculosis (TB) is an airborne disease in which small particles can remain suspended in air. The key protection is the N95 respirator (filtering particles 0.3 microns and larger), along with placement in an airborne isolation (negative pressure) room. Because of environmental contamination and the possibility of physical contact, a gown and gloves are also required to protect the skin from contamination.
