腎上腺素（Epinephrine）是治療急性過敏性休克的第一線藥物。它能透過作用於 α 與 β 受體，達到收縮血管、提升血壓、鬆弛支氣管平滑肌及減少組織胺釋放的效果。其他藥物（如抗組織胺或類固醇）僅作為輔助治療，無法即刻緩解致命的呼吸道阻塞與休克。

Epinephrine is the first-line medication for the treatment of acute anaphylactic shock. Through its action on α and β receptors, it produces vasoconstriction, raises blood pressure, relaxes bronchial smooth muscle, and reduces histamine release. Other drugs (such as antihistamines and corticosteroids) serve only as adjuncts and cannot immediately relieve the life-threatening airway obstruction and shock.
