視網膜剝離術後應避免會增加眼壓或造成眼球快速移動的活動：A. 搬重物會升高腹壓進而眼壓；B. 解便用力（Valsalva）會顯著升高眼壓；C. 彎腰使頭部血流增加並升高眼壓。其他：D. 一般閱讀與書寫並非禁忌——只需避免快速大幅度眼球運動，正常閱讀對視網膜癒合不會造成顯著傷害；E. 輕度行走是被鼓勵的活動，可預防血栓且不增加眼壓。
After retinal detachment surgery, the client should avoid activities that raise intraocular pressure or cause rapid eye movement: A. heavy lifting increases intra-abdominal and thus intraocular pressure; B. straining during defecation (Valsalva maneuver) significantly elevates intraocular pressure; C. bending at the waist increases blood flow to the head and raises intraocular pressure. Regarding the others, D. ordinary reading and writing are not contraindicated — only rapid, large-amplitude eye movements need to be avoided, and normal reading does not significantly impair retinal healing; E. light walking is encouraged because it prevents thrombosis and does not raise intraocular pressure.
