X光攝影（Radiographic verification，D）是目前確認鼻胃管放置於正確胃部位置的金標準。氣泡注入法（B）因無法區分氣管或胃部聲音，準確度極低。pH值檢測（A）可作為次要評估，但並非最可靠。長度測量（C）無法確保前端未捲曲。
Radiographic verification (X-ray, option D) is currently the gold standard for confirming proper gastric placement of a nasogastric tube. The air-insufflation method (option B) is highly inaccurate because it cannot distinguish between tracheal and gastric placement. pH testing (option A) can serve as a secondary assessment but is not the most reliable method. Measuring tube length (option C) cannot ensure the tip is not coiled.
