Sildenafil 與各類硝酸鹽類藥物（包括 Nitroglycerin、Isosorbide 等）同時使用，會導致嚴重且不可逆的低血壓，甚至危及生命。Amlodipine 與 Atorvastatin 與此藥無直接致命交互作用。
Sildenafil is strictly contraindicated with nitrates, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, and isosorbide dinitrate, due to the risk of severe, life-threatening hypotension. Amlodipine and atorvastatin do not have dangerous interactions with sildenafil.
