張力性氣胸（Tension pneumothorax）是呼吸系統的醫療急症。當胸膜腔內壓力持續上升，會壓迫縱膈腔與對側肺部，導致靜脈回流受阻與嚴重的循環衰竭。此時診斷基於臨床表徵（如呼吸音消失、氣管偏移、低血壓），必須立即執行針刺減壓（Needle decompression）將氣體排出，恢復胸腔壓力平衡，不可浪費時間等待放射線檢查。
Tension pneumothorax is a respiratory medical emergency. As intrapleural pressure continues to rise, it compresses the mediastinum and contralateral lung, impeding venous return and producing severe circulatory collapse. Diagnosis is based on clinical findings (absent breath sounds, tracheal deviation, hypotension), and immediate needle decompression must be performed to release air and restore intrathoracic pressure balance; time must not be wasted waiting for radiographic confirmation.
