Clients with Cushing's syndrome typically exhibit moon face, truncal obesity, and purple abdominal striae due to fat redistribution and skin thinning from excess cortisol. Protein catabolism leads to muscle wasting in the extremities. Hypertension is a common finding, whereas hypotension is not associated with this condition.
