Enoxaparin 為低分子量肝素，注射於腹壁皮下組織。需避開肚臍周圍 2 吋（約 5 公分）區域以防瘀青。預填充針筒內的氣泡通常是用來封住藥物避免外流，不應排出。注射後不應揉搓，以免導致皮下出血。
Enoxaparin is administered via subcutaneous injection into the abdominal wall, avoiding the area within 2 inches of the umbilicus to prevent bruising. The air bubble in the prefilled syringe should remain to seal the medication in the tissue, and the site should not be rubbed after injection to minimize bleeding risk.
