Naloxone（納洛酮）是鴉片類藥物（Opioids）的拮抗劑，主要用於逆轉鴉片類藥物引起的呼吸抑制。給藥後的首要評估指標是呼吸狀態（Respiratory rate, depth, quality），因為呼吸恢復正常是判斷藥物效果的最直接證據。給藥後，護理師應持續監測，因為 Naloxone 的作用時間可能短於鴉片類藥物，需預防呼吸抑制反彈。

Naloxone is an opioid antagonist used to reverse respiratory depression; therefore, assessing the respiratory rate is the priority to determine if ventilation has been restored. Although pain may return and pupils may dilate, maintaining adequate oxygenation and airway patency remains the most critical immediate concern.
